The Vanguard model combines an HR foam core with fiber padding. Its breathable fabrics promote ventilation, while its non-slip base helps keep the mattress in place.

Features of the Scania CS20H Vanguard mattress
- Top cover made of Moncel Diagonal Capsule fabric, 325 g/m², with anti-mite treatment and soft touch.
- White inner cover at the top, made of 120g microfiber 100% polyester fabric, with a soft touch and a removable zipper to protect the core.
- Breathable siliconized hollow fiber of 200g and 2cm thickness, which provides comfort and promotes ventilation.
- HR foam core 15 cm thick, available in densities of 25 or 30 kg/m³, which provides firmness and adaptability.
- White inner cover at the bottom, with the same microfiber and polyester characteristics as the upper core protection.
- Breathable and non-slip 4D fabric on the base, which helps to keep the mattress in position.
The breathable, 4D foam-backed fabric border in grey completes its design. Its removable and washable covers make maintenance easy, following the label instructions.

Do you need a larger sleeping surface?
We can manufacture this mattress with an additional 20 cm of depth. Please note that to store it, you will need to place it upright or at an angle. Contact us for measurements and pricing before placing your order.
Check the measurements of your cabin
Before purchasing, please check that the mattress dimensions match the bed size of your truck. Scania cabs may have different dimensions.
Check the model on the information plate located on the passenger door and also verify the measurements of your current mattress.
Placing the mattress
The mattress is delivered rolled up and easily regains its shape. Place the box on a clean, clear surface, open it, and remove the mattress. Carefully peel off the plastic to avoid damaging the fabric and let it unroll on a flat surface.
Follow the recovery instructions that come with the product before using it.
